Nicole El Sherbiny met Mahmoud El Sherbiny during a spiritual trip to Egypt. The TLC couple got engaged the day they met. And three weeks after leaving the country, she returned, and the two had an impromptu wedding.

The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way cast member returned to America. However, her marriage started to suffer. She began to realize the cultural differences. But she knew that if she wanted to save her marriage, she would have to move back to Egypt. So, she did.
Nicole’s time in Eygpt was far from perfect. She and Mahmoud got into numerous arguments. He didn’t like her clothes, and she didn’t want to feel like he was controlling her. He also didn’t like the friends she was making. They even thought about getting a divorce.

Nicole eventually told Mahmoud she didn’t want to live in Egypt anymore. She suggested that they move to America. He never planned on leaving his home country. But, he felt that he should at least try it for his wife.
The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way cast member went back to America without her husband. She wanted to ensure they were all set up to live together before he came to the country. She also needed a job since she would be the only one working and supporting them until he got his papers.
Nicole and Mahmoud did apply for the fiance visa. However, they didn’t share if it was approved or not. The last update fans got was that they were waiting for his interview. But it looks like they recently had a reunion in California.

Nicole El Sherbiny and Mahmoud El Sherbiny were recently spotted at Los Angeles International Airport. She held a sign to welcome her husband to the country. She even had a new hairstyle. The TLC star ditched her blonde hair and went with a short red bob cut. A new hairstyle is perfect for her new beginning.
The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way castmate didn’t hesitate to run up to her husband when she spotted him coming out of the gates. She made sure he got a warm welcome and gave him a big hug. She then took his luggage and walked away. He also had a big smile on his face. But they didn’t exit the airport right away.
Nicole and Mahmoud weren’t alone at the airport. They had a camera crew around them. They were also speaking to a lady who looked like a producer. The TLC pair spent a long time in the airport, filming different scenes. So, it seems like they may be filming for another season — or the original series.
