Claude Gets Its Own Version of Spotify Wrapped—But This One Is Actually Useful
Remember Spotify Wrapped, Apple Replay, and YouTube Music Recap? Anthropic has started testing something similar under the name Reflect. It’s a new Claude dashboard that offers users a structured view of their usage over time.
Reflect is available in Claude’s web and desktop apps and lets users review one, three, six, or twelve months of activity, including frequent topics, usage patterns, and more. The dashboard shows when users are most active with Claude and what they typically do, such as drafting messages or organizing tasks.
Anthropic says Reflect helps people see whether their Claude usage aligns with their personal goals by visualizing when and why they rely on it. The company also adds prompts that ask users to think about what they still want to do themselves, even if Claude could feasibly perform those tasks more quickly or more accurately.
Users can set quiet hours and break reminders in the dashboard, allowing Claude to send gentle wellness-focused reminders when usage is high.
Reflect is in beta for Free, Pro, and Max users who enable the Memory option for activity summaries. Anthropic says that Reflect doesn’t access incognito chats or extract files from connected apps and tools, and it doesn’t include health-related conversations. Insights shared via Reflect are also purportedly kept within this dashboard, though you should always assume that generative AI companies collect at least some data about how and when you use their services.
