Apple announces The Morning Show is ending after season 5
Apple just announced that one of Apple TV’s first ever original series, The Morning Show, will be ending after season 5. Here are the details on the final season of The Morning Show.
The Morning Show’s final season to air in 2027
When Apple TV first launched in 2019 (with the name Apple TV+), its biggest tentpole series was The Morning Show.
The Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon-starring series has remained one of Apple’s most popular shows through four seasons.
But Apple has just announced that the series will end after season 5, which premieres in 2027.
Per a new post from Apple TV on X:
The Morning Show’s fourth season aired in fall 2025. Apple historically has scheduled the series to air in the fall, so fall 2027 is likely when the show’s final season will premiere.
Additions to the cast in season 5 will include Jeff Daniels (last seen in Shrinking) and Jesse Williams (of Grey’s Anatomy).
