Selena Gomez seemingly got in an argument with a security guard while attending Beyonce‘s Renaissance Tour in Paris, France on Friday (May 26).
The 30-year-old “Can’t Keep My Hands to Myself” pop star was one of so many celebrity attendees at the show, and videos from inside the venue show that fans were thrilled to see her.
One video also seemingly captured her telling off a security guard, and there are theories as to why.

TMZ acquired the video, which appears to show Selena having a heated conversation with someone who has been identified as a security guard.
The outlet noted that some fans have theorized the guard was overzealous while handling a fan who approached Selena. However, others have implied that fans in the audience were mobbing her.
At this point, it isn’t totally clear, but we’ll update you if we learn more!
Selena would not be the first pop star to tell off a security guard this month. Her bestie Taylor Swift also went viral after shouting at a guard during one of her recent shows. Fans in the audience explained why after the footage took off online.
